DANYANG ODAVFONE TOOLS CO., LTD. (brand name: VF Tools) is a professional manufacturer of industrial cutting tools, especially various drill bits. Our factory is located in an industrial town in Danyang City, Jiangsu Province - an area renowned for its robust manufacturing base. Being rooted in this practical environment, we focus on real manufacturing: hands-on production, continuous improvement, and delivering tangible quality. Quality & Inspection

Quality is at the core of ODAVFONE (VF Tools). We maintain a rigorous multi-step inspection flow throughout production to guarantee each piece meets high standards:

Raw Material Verification

We start by inspecting incoming steel and other raw materials for proper composition and quality, ensuring a solid foundation for manufacturing.

In-Process Checks

During manufacturing, each batch of tools undergoes dimensional checks and sample inspections to ensure accuracy in critical parameters like diameter, length, and flute geometry.

Heat Treatment & Hardness Testing

After heat treatment, we perform hardness tests (e.g. Rockwell HRC) on sample pieces to confirm the tools have achieved the required hardness and toughness for durability.

Final Precision Inspection

Finished tools are carefully examined for any defects in cutting edges or coatings. We use professional inspection equipment – including high-precision micrometers, optical measuring devices, and concentricity gauges – to ensure tight tolerances (for example, minimal run-out on drill bits) and correct tip geometry.

Test Drilling & Performance Validation

Before shipment, we conduct practical performance tests (such as test drilling into target materials) on sample products to verify cutting efficiency and durability in real-world conditions.

Throughout these stages, comprehensive inspection records are logged for each production lot. We can provide these quality reports and inspection records upon request, offering full transparency to our partners. Our workshop is equipped with advanced inspection instruments such as digital calipers, Rockwell hardness testers, optical comparators, and specialized concentricity/run-out testing rigs. This professional equipment enables our QC team to detect any issue and ensure that only fully qualified products reach our customers.

OEM/ODM & Customization

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)
